Leadership Development

Imagine, what our world would look like if we lived into our core values on behalf of the common good?

Leadership Development

When leaders practice ethical leadership, we see healthy, inclusive, and just communities. They listen to all voices and have the courage to make decisions, even when it is not popular or easy. They do it anyways because their values tell them to.

Our leadership curriculums calls people to reflect on a deep and transforming two-part journey -- the internal work of personal growth and development and the external work of social action. Leaders position themselves to lead for the good of all. We work with young people and adults, guiding them to seek transformational and transformative changes through youth leadership like Youth Leaders of Promise and Restorative, Inclusive School Environment (RISE) and the Values-Based Leadership Stewards Program.
