Our Approach
The Center uses innovative approaches to hold dialogue that create the conditions for the team to go deeper into their personal and collective transformation. The Center continues to build on their philosophies and tools to better convene people and to encourage open and honest conversations. We developed Gracious Space as a way to foster authentic dialogue and facilitate lasting relationships to break down real and perceived barriers that have traditionally kept people from working together. We cultivate leaders through values-based leadership and utilizing collective leadership frameworks to strengthen relationships and sustain the change sought after. What is your common good for all?
