CEL's Board of Trustees holds a unique role in governance. We practice the leadership approach that is used within our programs and client services. We lead with love and have fun while holding the tension of "what is" and "what it ought to be.”

The time commitment as a Trustee is at minimum ~40 hrs/yr. We welcome Trustees who want to serve additional hours as a program or operations volunteer. 

Question, are you here because you realize that we need to:

• Cultivate more leaders with the emotional intelligence and practices to bring people together with different and diverse perspectives to co-create innovative and sustainable change for good;
• Promote leadership that is in service of and advances the common good, a preferred future that is good for all;
• Model the type of leadership we are cultivating and promoting to the broader community; and
• Believe that our world can thrive together?

Are you willing to:

• Hold the Center for Ethical Leadership’s mission in trust;
• Hold the leader of the organization in trust; 
  
• Connect with people with different and opposing views; 
• Believe that ethical leadership is needed in perpetuity; and 
• Dedicate the necessary time, talent, social capital, and treasures to help move CEL’s mission forward?
