In 2002, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation undertook a ground-breaking leadership development program—Kellogg Leadership for Community Change—that focused on collective rather than individual modes of leadership for community change.
Over the years, a lot of materials, products, and tools were developed to help advance the practice of collective leadership. Most of those materials can be found on this site. We hope to continue expanding the offerings of this resource as we become aware of new tools and best practices. While many of these materials are KLCC specific, we believe they have application to other programs and community change efforts, and therefore invite others to use them as they see fit.
We encourage site users to cut and paste, edit, re-package and re-purpose these resources in any and all ways that will help expand and enrich the practice of collective leadership. Even though most of these materials should be considered as “open source” some may require additional permissions; especially those containing artwork and music.
As you peruse these materials, we ask that you not only consider how they can help you, but that you share whatever new product(s) you use or might create that could be of benefit to others.
