Core Values Exercise - This exercise is used to help individuals claim their core values. It is a powerful exercise for individuals, or when done in groups it can facilitate storytelling and relationship building.
Personal Gifts and Capacities Exercise- This exercise leads people on a discovery of their own gifts and capacities that they can tap into and share with the group.

River of Life Activity - A creative activity that uses the metaphor of a river to map certain pivotal moments in a person's life, also incorporates storytelling.
Hizzle - Hizzle (short for Hearing, Seeing, Loving) is a description of how people need to be in relationship with each other.
Leading Talking Circles - Talking Circles are an ancient tradition that bring an element of the sacred to the space. They are a great tool for holding difficult conversations and allowing everyone's voice to be heard without interruption.
Milling Exercise - This exercise is a great non-verbal way of making deep connections with people is the room. It is most effective when used once some level of trust has been established.
