Center for Ethical Leadership will be offering an in-depth Gracious Space training.  This three-day, two-night experience will be held at IslandWood, an innovation educational facility on Bainbridge Island in the Puget Sound.

Participants will learn to design and lead processes to create and hold Gracious Space in their communities; identify a personal spirit and practice of Gracious Space; learn from the experience that CEL has gathered in the last decade in creating Gracious Space; and join a network of Gracious Space practitioners from around the country.

The retreat will be facilitated by Dale Nienow, Executive Director of CEL, and by Patricia Hughes, the primary author of Gracious Space: A Practical Guide for Working Better Together.
