At the Center

We cultivate leadership and build capacity, helping organizations and communities tap collective wisdom in service of the common good. We invite people to reach across boundaries, build trust, and lead from their core values to advance change. By convening diverse perspectives--especially those historically excluded--we are creating healthier, more just, and inclusive communities in the Pacific Northwest and across the country.

• We reach individuals through our seminars and public events.

• Within organizations we provide training, consulting, and organizational development services for business, government and non-profits of all kinds.

• Within communities we foster cultural change through programs such as the Kellogg Leadership for Community Change initiative, and the Community Learning Exchange. We also convene community change events called Confluences to foster dialogue among diverse interest groups and launch change initiatives to address community issues.
