Along with the Berkana Institute and Pemco, the Center for Ethical Leadership hosted a 3-day conference using Open Space Technology to really delve into questions around "What is Leadership in a Self-Organizing World?"

The conference was attended by close to 100 participants from 5 countries and 13 states.  Each day began with some inspirational words by Harrison Owen, founder of Open Space Technology, and author of the recent book, "Wave Rider: Leadership for High Performance in a Self-Organizing World."
